Returns Policy

On-line customers should contact customerservice@hillcountryhip.com for return authorization.

Items can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 14 days of reciept.  Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If the returned item does not qualify for store credit ( has been washed, smells of smoke, stains) you will need to make arrangements for items to be returned to you. 

Clearance, sale and jewelry items are a final sale.  

Please inspect all items upon arrival.
